What would you change about modern society? The need and importance of university education. Not every child is academic and so it would be good to see less pressure on university and more vocational study. We will always need tradesmen. This should be encouraged more.

What do you listen to while you work? 1920s French jazz. I know I don’t understand it, however there is something quite relaxing about that

What foods would you like to make?

Dogs or cats? If you die and you’re pet is left alone with you,  a did will sit by you until you’re discovered.  A cat on the other hand will get out of there is they can,  to get fed.  So I like dogs

Which activities make you lose track of time? Reading George Siminon. Maigret stories are fascinating. Hunting down the paperback books at the moment.  It ain’t easy.

What bothers you and why? Cyclists are not being held accountable because they aren’t registered anywhere.  They just hit another vehicle and nobody knows…yes I am bitter because this has happened to me
