What’s the most money you’ve ever spent on a meal? Was it worth it?

Back in 1992 in Glasgow, I went to a Thai restaurant—I think it was called the Thai Fountain. The food was absolutely amazing. I can’t recall exactly how much it cost, though I probably gasped at the price at the time. Looking back, maybe it wasn’t worth it—but then again, maybe it was, because over 30 years later, I still remember how good it was.
