My wife and are were first setting up home in Glasgow, a young couple who knew nothing about home cooking or any kind of meal we could make in our own kitchen.

I came home from work, and my wife had made this amazing Red Thai curry all from scratch. To this day, this is the best thing I have ever tasted…has she ever repeated this feat? Of course not, she forgot what she did and how she did it. To be honest, I’ve tried a few times, obviously it was never going to be as good.
